APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Waited over 3 weeks for a small amount of work to be completed for 7.5 ton re test ..!!. NO work carried out??,so missed re test date!!!, so going to cost extra £100!!! NO communication at all,?? 6 ignored messages???? every excuse known to man used???? Disgusting customer service, I turned up to collect unexpectedly ,lorry not even there? massive argument with daughter and husband of the owner told to F*** off out of his garage and take my heap of scrap and never to return back ??? Really wouldnt recommend anyone to use this sham of a garage ....Said they hate doing work on horseboxes???? Took over the previous business name and riding on it AVOID at all cost
