I put a £500 refundable deposit on a newbuild property that I was planning on purchasing from this company. After receiving the survey reports from my Solicitor, I decided not to purchase the property and put in my request for the deposit to be refunded, After 12 months of constant chasing and broken promises of payment, I have still not received my deposit back. I keep receiving promises of payment and multiple text messages and emails confirming they will "send the refund ASAP". All I have experienced from this company is untrustworthy and dishonest behavior.
