Rip off prices @ AJ 4 Electricals Rotherham markets

My friends partner purchased a Dyson Belt from here on Monday 26th September 2022 not Releasing I had bought the same product from amazon & I paid £2:95 He charged her £09:99p & so i took it back in the unopened pack he did Not give her a Receipt that's not the problem or the issue its the fact he Remembered her & said he gave her what she asked for with is correct the Big problem is that he told me that he does not give Refunds or Exchanges for any other products & therfore he's RIPPING People off Big time Especially when you even buy it from Dyson directly from the spares department @ £04:99p or even as I did from amazon for £02:99p my Advce to ANY ONE going to his stall is to look else where Trading standards are going to be informed as he should at least give you an Exchange £09:99 for a hover Belt he even had the cheek to say that the 1 from amazon was a fake item & that I should take the matter up with the manufacturer BUT i know as a consumer my dealing is with him ?
