Animal Self-Selection
I work with pet owners worried about their animal's emotional issues and/or chronic physical problems such as arthritis or laminitis. What I do is offer your animal natural plant extracts so your horse, dog or cat can choose its own remedies, like they would naturally in the wild. This means your pet can bring itself back to balance. In turn you are less worried because your pet is happier and more comfortable.
This is Animal self-selection also known as Applied Zoopharmacognosy. It is an applied behavioural science that recognises, promotes and enables an animal's innate ability to self-medicate.
I trained with Caroline Ingraham of The Ingraham Academy and hold a professional practitioner Diploma. I am fully insured for public and professional liability.
Applied Zoopharmacognosy is not in place of veterinary care; it complements it. If your pet needs urgent medical attention, you must always contact a vet in the first instance.

Millie - a horse with emotional issues

I so wanted to share both with you and those who have been following Millie's progress. Today she had a visit from a barefoot trimmer. Her previous experience had not been good at all. I had been informed that Millie was a dangerous horse and I should get rid of her.
Well, I was speechless!!!!! The barefoot trimmer came in and held each hoof and trimmed it. Millie showed no movement, ears forward, eyes soft, no struggle, no biting, no rearing. Very soon he had done all four feet. No problem at all. And all this done in her stable. Again.... GOB smacked!!!! Thank you Tracy from the bottom of our hearts... The progress continues......
Two scaredy cats No More
I would highly recommend Calm Creatures to anyone. Tracy has been to do a session with both my cats, Bella and Evie. Not only did they enjoy the session, they are now not as scared of fireworks on Bonfire Night, as well as being friendlier and more affectionate.
Bella had lost the fur on her back and after one session with Tracy and, with me changing her diet, Bella's fur not only grew back but Bella is now a much more sociable cat and much more approachable. Thank you Tracy, the work you do is brilliant! xx
