Personal training and running coaching provided by GB distance runner John Beattie
Through both running coaching and personal training, my aim is to pass on the skills that I have learned from a lifetime spent competing and working in elite sport. Everyone should have clear goals that are met by high quality and enjoyable sessions, and led by a knowledgeable coach or trainer. Whether that be training for your first park-run, to run a personal best marathon or to lose weight, I will apply the same coaching principles that have served myself and others so well to help you achieve your goals.
